Welcome to My Pattern Making Service & Fashion Design work shop located in North Brisbane ,Qld
I am a qualified Fashion Designer and an experienced pattern maker with more than 20 years experience in the fashion industry. I started my fashion journey with a Diploma in Fashion Design in Clothing Production in Vitebsk, Belarus a small country within Eastern Europe which also happens to be the birth place one of the most famous painters of last century, Mark Chagall. After graduating, I worked as Pattern Maker, Fashion Artist and Fashion Illustrator.
I moved to Australia with my young family. It certainly wasn't easy starting over in a new country, but I loved every moment right from the beginning. In recent years I worked as Pattern Maker/Assistant Designer, Production Manager for one of the most experienced fashion houses, Daniel Lightfoot , also for Sasha Drake, Dog Star and others.
I love to work with new emerging designers with great ideas and great enthusiasm.
My Design Philosophy
Designing is an art like painting or music. I've use my creativity to design clothing and related accessories to make a personal statement.
I like to work solo or with a team, with main focus being to please my customers and keep up with changing demands in the fashion world. Fashion is continually changing and is influenced by different cultures, society and time period. Aside from being pleasing to the eye, clothing and accessories must also be functional, meaning that they're comfortable and easy to wear.
